From here, you can monitor call activity, download usage data, and manage agents — including removing outdated or unused ones.
Accessing the Agents Page

Click your profile icon (bottom-left corner of the dashboard).

From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

Switch to the agents tab.

You’ll see a table listing all agent in your organization, along with key details such as:
- Name: The agent’s display name.
- Phone Number: The number assigned to the agent (if any).
- Agent ID: A unique identifier.
- Deployment: Indicates whether the agent is live in Production or Enterprise.
- Call Minutes (Monthly): Total minutes the agent has used this month.
- Updated At: Shows when the agent was las modified or deployed.

Click the organization button at top to switch between different organizations.

Agent Usage Data
Each agent’s monthly activity is automatically logged and displayed in this table. You can also export this data for external reporting or analysis.- Review each agent’s Call Minutes (Monthly) to see current usage.
- To download a detailed report:
- Click the Download usage data button (top right of the table).
- The data file will include each agent’s total usage time, deployment details, and activity timestamps.

- Open the downloaded file in your preferred spreadsheet tool (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) to analyze or share with your team.
Deleting Agents
If an agent is no longer needed, you can safely delete it from your organization.Deleting an agent permanently removes its configurations, workflows, and logs associated with that agent.
You can delete one or multiple agents at once.
- On the Agents page, locate the agent(s) you want to remove.
- Click the checkbox next to each agent’s name to select them.
- Once selected, a toolbar will appear at the top of the list showing how many agents are selected.
- Click Delete agents.
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.
