Before You Launch

  2. Confirm your contact source is consent-based and current.
  3. Set reasonable call cadence and retry rules.
  4. Launch with a smaller sample before using the full audience.
  5. Review answer rates, outcomes, and complaints immediately after launch.

Good Operating Habits

  • Match numbers to the audience when possible.
  • Keep call windows aligned to appropriate local hours.
  • Remove bad or blocked contacts quickly.
  • Monitor DNC compliance and suppression lists.
  • Pause the campaign if answer rates drop sharply or complaint volume rises.
