Where To Add Numbers
- Open
/campaign/{agentId}and create or edit a campaign. - In the
Add Phone Numbersstep, clickAdd Phone Numbers. - Use
/settings?tab=numberswhen you want to review workspace numbers outside a campaign.
What The Selector Shows
The number picker separates numbers into:Agent Phone Numbers: numbers already associated with the current agentUnassigned Phone Numbers: workspace numbers that are available to assignImport numbers from Twilio: a modal for bringing in more numbers
Add Existing Numbers
- Open the
Add Phone Numbersselector from the campaign. - Search or browse the available lists.
- Select one or more numbers.
- Click
Add to Campaign. - Confirm the number now appears in the campaign phone number list.
Import Numbers From Twilio
- In the selector, click
Import numbers from Twilio. - Connect the Twilio account in the modal.
- Reopen the number selector after the import finishes.
- Select the new number and add it to the campaign.
Before You Launch
- Confirm the campaign has at least one phone number attached.
- Use numbers that match the routing strategy you plan to use.
- If the wrong number is attached, remove it before publishing the campaign.
