Open The Outbound Workspace
- Navigate to
/campaign/{agentId}. - Confirm the selected agent is the outbound agent you intend to configure.
Create The Campaign
- Create a new outbound campaign.
- Name the campaign.
- Choose the target contact source.
- Configure retry, cadence, and compliance settings.
Add Contacts
Use one of these contact sources:- CSV upload
- Google Sheets or another connected system
- Webhook or API-triggered campaign feed
Configure The Outbound Flow
- Open the outbound workflow canvas.
- Add the required conversation logic.
- Add voicemail, transfer, or notification actions if needed.
- Confirm the flow handles both success and failure outcomes.
Launch Checklist
- A phone number is attached to the outbound agent.
- Contacts are uploaded or connected.
- Retry and compliance settings are configured.
- The workflow has been tested before launch.
