Open The Outbound Workspace

  1. Navigate to /campaign/{agentId}.
  2. Confirm the selected agent is the outbound agent you intend to configure.

Create The Campaign

  1. Create a new outbound campaign.
  2. Name the campaign.
  3. Choose the target contact source.
  4. Configure retry, cadence, and compliance settings.

Add Contacts

Use one of these contact sources:
  • CSV upload
  • Google Sheets or another connected system
  • Webhook or API-triggered campaign feed

Configure The Outbound Flow

  1. Open the outbound workflow canvas.
  2. Add the required conversation logic.
  3. Add voicemail, transfer, or notification actions if needed.
  4. Confirm the flow handles both success and failure outcomes.

Launch Checklist

  • A phone number is attached to the outbound agent.
  • Contacts are uploaded or connected.
  • Retry and compliance settings are configured.
  • The workflow has been tested before launch.
